Labyrinth

This is a trio. The instruments include clarinet, flute and piano. It's called “Labyrinth” because the whole music flow is like walking through a maze. The contrast between the front, middle and back of the work is also very obvious, just like a long nightmare. In terms of style selection, because of the experience of the symphony orchestra before and the appreciation of many Shostakovich's works, I chose the style of modern music in the 20th century and mixed it with a little bit of classical softness. This combination makes the whole melody has a kind of "abrupt" beauty. Because in China, few people will choose to listen to modern music in the 20th century, so my creation goal is to let more people gradually understand modern music because of listening to my music, and gradually understand the great musicians and composers born in the war years.
